As you may know the new Horwich Leisure Centre has opened so the large multi-storey car park has gone. There is still parking adjacent to the leisure centre and a new temporary public car park has been created on the site of the old multi-use games area in Old Station Park with direct access from Chorley New Road adjacent to Rockhaven Court. This car park will be available for use by visitors over festival weekend from the hours of 10am to 4pm and we ask that you only use it within these times. Public parking is available at the car parks on Lord Street, Beaumont Road, Captain Street, St John’s Street and Wright Street over the weekend. During the period of the road closure (approximately 5.30 to 10pm on Saturday 15 June and approximately 9am to 6pm on Sunday 16 June) access to the car parks on Captain Street and Wright Street will be via the vehicle crossing point at Rock Street/Curteis Street on Chorley New Road. The festival organisers have negotiated use of the car park at PureVent on Bridge Street on both days as well. This car park will be available from 8am on Sunday 16th June until 5.30pm.
